Configuring INFA_JAVA_CMD_OPTS on Windows

To configure INFA_JAVA_CMD_OPTS on Windows:
  1. Enter the environment variable INFA_JAVA_CMD_OPTS, and set the Java options such as the -Xmx values and system properties.
