Running PowerCenter Repository Reports from the PowerCenter Client

Running PowerCenter Repository Reports from the PowerCenter Client

You can run the PowerCenter reports from the Designer or the Workflow Manager and view them in JasperReports Server.
You can run PowerCenter Repository Reports for the following repository objects:
  • Mapplets and mappings.
    Run mapplet and mapping reports from the Designer to get more information about the sources, targets, ports, and transformations in mappings and mapplets.
  • Workflows.
    Run the Workflow Composite Report from the Workflow Manager to get more information about the workflow tasks, events, and variables in a workflow.
When you run a report, the Designer or Workflow Manager launches JasperReports Server in a browser window.
