DMX_DIR Statement

DMX_DIR Statement

The DMX_DIR statement specifies the location that PowerExchange uses to read and store data maps.

For the
location
 variable, enter one of the following values, based on the operating system:
  • i5/OS
    . The library name for the data maps. Maximum length is 10 characters.
    Default is STDATAMAPS.
  • Linux, UNIX, and Windows
    . The fully qualified path that contains the data maps. Maximum length is 512 characters.
    On Linux and UNIX, default is ./datamaps.
    On Windows, default is .\datamaps.
  • z/OS
    . The DD statement name from the JCL that points to the DATAMAPS data set. Maximum length is eight characters.
    Default is DATAMAP.
