PRGINT Statement

PRGINT Statement

The PRGINT statement defines the number of records that PowerExchange reads before writing read progress messages to the PowerExchange message log file.

Enter the number of records that PowerExchange must read before writing PWX-04587 messages to the PowerExchange message log file. For PowerExchange to write these message, you must also enter Y for the PRGIND statement.
Valid values are 0 through 2147483647. Default is 250.
  • For CDC sources and nonrelational bulk data movement sources, include the PRGIND and PRGINT statements in the DBMOVER configuration file on the PowerExchange Listener machine. For relational bulk data movement sources, include the PRGIND and PRGINT statements in the DBMOVER configuration file on the PowerCenter Integration Service machine.
  • For DB2 relational connections, PowerExchange writes a PWX-04587 message after it reads the following number of records:
    The smallest multiple of the
    Array Size
    connection attribute that is greater than or equal to the value of PRGINT
