DTLUCBRG Utility Generates Capture Registrations for MySQL Sources

The DTLUCBRG utility can now generate capture registrations and extraction maps in batch for MySQL CDC source tables.

When you define parameters in the dtlucbrg.txt file, you must set the DBTYPE parameter to MYS and specify the MYSOPTS parameter with the DBSERVER subparameter.
