FILE_SWITCH_VAL Parameter

For PowerExchange Condense, the number of FILE_SWITCH_CRIT units at which to do a file switch.

For the

 variable, enter any number greater than 0.
Default is 30.
To configure the Condense task to complete a file switch every 30 records, define the following parameters: 
FILE_SWITCH_VAL=30
FILE_SWITCH_CRIT=R
To configure the Condense task to complete a file switch every 30 minutes, define the following parameters: 
FILE_SWITCH_VAL=30
FILE_SWITCH_CRIT=M
If a condense file contains no data when the FILE_SWITCH_VAL limit is reached, the file switch does not occur.
