Starting the ECCR After Clearing the Log Catalog

If you clear or reinitialize the PowerExchange Log Catalog,
hlq
.LOGSCAT, you must cold start the IDMS log-based ECCR for the ECCR to correctly process IDMS logs or journals that are subsequently added to the Log Catalog.
The cold start causes the ECCR to ignore obsolete log position information from the PowerExchange Logger, which includes Log Catalog information that was cleared.
