Disabling the Approval Workflow

As a Glossary administrator, you can disable the approval workflow when there are no assets from the glossary in the

In Review

phase. After you disable the asset approval workflow, the assets in the glossary do not go through the voting process.

Open the glossary where you want to disable the approval workflow.

Click

Edit

to edit the glossary.

Click the

Asset Approval Configuration

panel.

Deselect

Enable Voting for Asset Changes

to disable voting.

Options to configure settings for the level 1 approvers appear.

Choose to save the glossary.

To save the current configuration and continue with the task immediately, click

Save and Continue

To complete the task, choose

Save and Finish

. The Analyst tool updates the approval workflow configuration settings.
