Asset State Properties

Glossary content managers can specify filter properties for business initiatives, business terms, categories, and policies based on the state of the asset in the

Asset State

section.

Objects that you have the privilege to access are listed in the filtered asset list.

The following table describes the asset state filter properties:

Property	Description
Status	Filters assets based on the status of the asset. You can select any of the following values: All. Include all Glossary assets and business initiatives of the asset type. Active. Include all Glossary assets and business initiatives of the asset type. Inactive. Include all inactive Glossary assets and business initiatives of the asset type.
Phase	Filters objects based on the phase of the asset. You can select any of the following values: All. Include all Glossary assets and business initiatives of the asset type. Draft. Include all Glossary assets and business initiatives that are in draft phase. In Review. Include all Glossary assets and business initiatives that are in review. Rejected. Include all Glossary assets and business initiatives that are rejected. Pending Publish. Include all Glossary assets that are published but in the pending publish phase because they are part of a business initiative. Published. Include all Glossary assets and business initiatives that are published.

Active. Include all Glossary assets and business initiatives of the asset type.

Inactive. Include all inactive Glossary assets and business initiatives of the asset type.

Phase

Filters objects based on the phase of the asset. You can select any of the following values:

All. Include all Glossary assets and business initiatives of the asset type.

Draft. Include all Glossary assets and business initiatives that are in draft phase.

In Review. Include all Glossary assets and business initiatives that are in review.

Rejected. Include all Glossary assets and business initiatives that are rejected.

Pending Publish. Include all Glossary assets that are published but in the pending publish phase because they are part of a business initiative.

Published. Include all Glossary assets and business initiatives that are published.

Glossary consumers can view only published Glossary assets and business initiatives.
