Glossary Export Properties

Configure the glossary export properties when you export a glossary. The export wizard provides options that you can configure in each step. You can filter assets to export based on the status and phase. You can select assets to export based on the categories.

The following table describes the properties in the export wizard:

Wizard Page	Property	Description
Select Glossaries	Glossaries	Select one or more glossary that you want to export.
Specify Settings	Assets	Select the assets that you want to export based on the status and phase.
Specify Settings	Include Linked Assets from other Glossaries	Export linked assets from other glossaries. This option is enabled by default.
Specify Settings	Include Attachments to Assets	Include the attachments with the export file. The Analyst tool exports a .zip file when you select this option.
Specify Settings	Include Audit History	Export the audit history of the assets. The Analyst tool exports a .zip file when you select this option.
Specify Settings	Export rich text as plain text	Export content, which is formatted as rich text, as plain text.
Select Assets	Assets in Selected Categories	Select assets to export based on their categories.
