Importing Templates

Use the wizard to import glossary templates from another glossary or Metadata Manager to the Analyst tool. Information about the templates that you want to import must be in an .xlsx file or .xml file. You can run only one import task at a time.

Click

Open

to open the

Library

workspace.

In the Library navigator, click

Glossaries

Right-click on a glossary and click

Import Glossary Templates

The

Import

wizard appears.

Click

Browse

to select an .xlsx or .xml file that contains Business Glossary data.

Click

Select the glossaries you want to import the assets templates for.

Click

Import

The Analyst tool imports the templates from the .xlsx or .xml file.

In the

Message

dialog box, click

Export and Import
