Glossary Administration Overview

Administrators create glossaries, delete glossaries, change templates, and migrate glossary content in the
Glossary
and
Library
workspaces.
The service administrator and glossary administrator administer glossaries. The service administrator creates glossaries and assigns a glossary administrator to each glossary.
A glossary administrator performs the following glossary administration tasks:
Glossary customization
Customizes how the Glossary asset properties appear to glossary consumers. A glossary administrator can create properties, create custom relationships, and change the position of the properties in the Glossary asset and business initiative layout.
Glossary import and export
Exports the business terms or policies to a .xlsx or .zip file to move the current glossary to another glossary. Imports a glossary to the current instance from a source file that contains the exported data.
Approval process configuration
Configures the default approvers for simple approval or the approval workflow. Enables or disables the approval workflow and configures settings for the approval workflow.
