Group Assets

When you browse

Glossaries

and

Assets

in the Library Navigator, use group by options to group the collection of Business Glossary assets.

The following table describes the options you can use to group assets:

Option	Description
None	Lists all objects without grouping.
Type	Type of the asset. For example, you can specify business initiative, business terms, glossaries, categories, and policies.
Created By	Name of the user who created the asset.
Last Updated	Date on which the asset was last updated. You can group assets by one of the following options: Past 1 hour Past 24 hours Past week Past month Past year From the beginning
