Search Within an Entity in Data Vault

Effective in version 6.2 HotFix 2, you can specify the default maximum number of records you want to view in the search results. You specify the number in the
Default Maximum Number of Records in Results
property on the
Data Discovery Portal
tab of the
System Profile
page. You can change the value for a search by specifying a value on the
Search Within an Entity in Data Vault
page. This property does not affect the export functionality. When you export results, Data Archive exports all records that meet the search criteria.
Previously, you could not limit the number of records in the search results. Data Archive displayed all the records in the entity that matched the search criteria.
