Contract Expiration Date Falls Within the Retention Period
Contract Expiration Date Falls Within the Retention Period
This rule validates that the contract’s expiration date is not within the retention period defined as an entity parameter. For example, if your retention policy for contracts states that all contracts must have been expired for 2 years or greater, then this rule checks that the expiration date of the contract is not less than 2 years old. If the expiration is less then 2 years old, then contract fails this rule.
This rule may be disabled or a retention policy of 999 years specified to ensure that all contracts pass this rule.
