This rule validates that the assignment action for a given payroll run is not related to prepayment assignment action that is not purgeable.

Oracle Payroll enforces this relationship between payroll assignment action and prepayment assignment action through a database constraint. Modifying or disabling this rule may result in a violation of the database constraint. Therefore, Informatica does not support the modification or disabling of this rule under any circumstances.
