When you publish or upload data to a Hive table, the unique key inference job runs internally even if it is disabled in the Hive resource scanner.
IDL-17540
ADLS scanner cannot scan partition files with different partition IDs if Enable Partition Discovery flag is set to true in the parquet file type.
