Step 4. Create an objective group in Business 360 Console

To link the process with the Business Entity, you must create an objective group in Business 360 Console.
  1. Go to Business 360 Console.
  2. Open the business entity where you want to use auto-translation, and click
    Data Quality
    Objective Groups
    , and then click
    Add Objective Group
    .
  3. In the
    Objective Group
    dialog box, enter a name and internal ID for the objective group asset, select a folder, and save the objective group as shown in the following image:

  4. To create an objective, click
    Add Objective
    .
  5. In the
    Properties
    panel, enter the name and set the status to active.
  6. Click
    Create Rule Association
    .
  7. In the
    Create Rule Association
    dialog box, enter the name and select the location for the rule association, and click
    OK
    .
  8. On the rule association page, click
    Add Data Enhancement Rule
    .
  9. Enter the name and location of the rule, and click
    OK
    .
  10. On the
    Data Enhancement Rule Settings
    page, select
    Application Integration - Recommendation-based Enrichment
    .
  11. On the CAI Process Identifier, select the B360_Enrich_Autotranslation process.
  12. In the
    Accept Threshold
    field, set
    0
    to automatically generate the translations, or
    100
    to show a translation suggestion to the user. Leave the
    Confidence Score Field
    field empty.
  13. Save and close the tab to go back to the
    Rule Association
    page.
  14. Click on the asset selection icon, and select the data enhancement rule you created in the previous step, and click
    Next
    .
  15. On the
    Map Fields
    page, click the
    Input Mapping
    tab.
  16. Map the input fields. For example, if you’re auto-translating on the Item business entity, open the
    Description
    field group and map
    Title
    with
    text1
    ,
    Short Description
    with
    text2
    ,
    Long Description
    with
    text3
    , and
    Language
    with
    language
    as shown in the following image:
    The image shows the mappings of the input fields.
  17. Click the
    Output Mapping
    tab, and select a business entity and perform the same mapping but from reverse.
  18. Select a source system and save. Remember the survivorship rules when the overwrite is enabled in the Application Integration process.
  19. Go to the objective group, select
    Add a rule association
    and select the rule association you created earlier, and save the rule association.
To test the auto-translation, open the Business 360 application, for example Product 360 SaaS, create a new business entity record or edit a new one, and check the translations that are being created.
