Step 4. Configure and publish the processes

Configure the mappings for the web sales order, API sales order, or B2B sales oder as required and publish the processes.

To publish the

Auto Approval Determination

process, click Actions
in the row that contains the process and select Publish
.

To publish the

Order Fulfillment

process, click Actions
in the row that contains the process and select Publish
.

Open the

Create Sales Order Object

process.

Optionally, on the

Assignments

tab of the Prepare Web Sales Order
step, you can modify the mappings in the Sales_Order_PO
field using the Expression Editor in one of the following steps as required:

Prepare Web Sales Order

Prepare API Sales Order

Prepare B2B Sales Order

Optionally, on the Assignments
tab of the

Check Resource

step, in the Sales_Resource
field, change the resource.

Save and publish the process.

To publish the

Expedited Purchase Orders

process, click Actions
in the row that contains the process and select Publish
.
