Synchronize Dynamics 365 Accounts with Zendesk Organizations	Process	When an account is created or updated in Dynamics 365, Dynamics 365 sends a webhook and triggers the process. The process searches for an organization by external ID in Zendesk and creates or updates an organization based on the search results. The process then searches for the user account by external ID. If the primary contact is present, the process creates or updates the user account based on the search results. The process requires webhook configuration in Dynamics 365.
