Invoking the process

To invoke the Create ServiceNow User from Salesforce Contact process, perform the following steps:

Open the Create ServiceNow User from Salesforce Contact process and click

Actions

Properties Detail

Copy Service URL

Open a text editor and add the Salesforce contact ID value as shown in the following format:

<Cloud Application Integration POD URL>/active-bpel/public/rt/<API_name>/Create_ServiceNow_User_from_Salesforce_Contact-1/id/{id}

Open a browser, paste the service URL, and press enter.

The user ID from ServiceNow appears.
