Update Amazon Bedrock Knowledge Base recipe assets

The following table lists the assets that the Update Amazon Bedrock Knowledge Base recipe package contains:

AmazonBedrockConnectionUpdateDatasource	App connection	Amazon Bedrock connection.
Send Email with Update Result	Process	Subprocess that sends an email with the process update result.
Update Amazon Bedrock Knowledge Base	Process	Process that accepts either an Amazon S3 bucket name to create a new data source and add all the files to the vector database, or a data source ID to directly add files to the vector database. If the files already exist in the database, the process updates the content. After all the files are added, an email notification is sent with the process results.
