Step 3: Configure the Output

Use an Assignment step to define a static output message, "Hello World".

Drag an

Assignment

step from the palette on to the canvas in between the

Start

and

End

steps.

Select the

Assignment

step.

The step properties section appears.

Click the

General

tab and enter

Set Output Message

in the

Name

field.

Click the

Assignment

tab and add the field

Message

with value

Content

Hello World

You can select the

Message

field because you defined it as an output field in

Step 2: Configure Basic Process Properties

This image shows the Assignment step of the process. The Message field is assigned the value Hello World.

The process is complete. You can now save, publish, and invoke the

Print Hello World

process.
