Amazon S3 V2 Connector Known Limitations

The following table describes known limitations:
Integration At Scale is available for preview. Preview functionality is supported but is unwarranted and is not production-ready. Informatica recommends that you use in non-production environments only. Informatica intends to include the preview functionality in an upcoming release for production use, but might choose not to in accordance with changing market or technical circumstances. In an
elastic mapping
, if you select other data types that Amazon S3 V2 Connector does not support, the mapping fails or the rows get rejected.
IF-17922
When you run a mapping to write data to an ORC target using the
Create Target
option, the Secure Agent converts the columns of the Bigint data type to Integer data type and the mapping fails.

If you use server-side encryption with KMS in an
elastic mapping
, the mapping fails with the following error message:

If you configure the source partition and read data from a source that contains a manifest file, compressed

file, or a read directory file, the Secure Agent ignores the partition. However, the task runs successfully.
