Salesforce Connector Known Limitations

Salesforce Connector Known Limitations

The following table describes known limitations:
CR
Description
IF-12415
If you enable Salesforce Bulk API in a
synchronization
task, you cannot use custom queries.
IF-3951
For
synchronization
tasks running in real time after receiving a Salesforce outbound message, Secure Agent or network connection problems can result in data loss or unexpected job behavior.
CCON-12622
When you create a
synchronization
task for the Attachment object, change the precision of any field, and run the task, the Secure Agent does not update the precision changes.
CCON-6983
If you create Salesforce OAuth connection and use a mapplet transformation in a task, the task fails.
Workaround: Create a standard Salesforce connection.
CCON-4195
For
replication
and
synchronization
tasks that use Salesforce API version 32 or above and the DTM property
LOGLEVEL
is set to
DEBUG
for Data Integration Service in
Custom Configuration Details
under
Configure
Runtime Environments
, the Standard and Verbose execution modes provide the same logging information.
CCON-589
When you create a mapping with an uncached Salesforce lookup object and select Report error option for Multiple Matches field, the Lookup transformation returns incorrect data.
CCON-562
For a Salesforce connection, if you create a saved query using the "WITH" key word, an error message appears that says the query is not valid.
Workaround: Create a saved query without the "WITH" key word.
