JDBC V2 Third-Party Known Limitations

JDBC V2 Third-Party Known Limitations

The following table describes third-party known limitations:
CR
Description
CCON-22131
When you configure more than one partition for a JDBC V2 source, the Spark engine creates select SQL queries on the database based on the minimum and maximum value of the partition key from the JDBC V2 table and divides this value by the number of partitions you specify. However, Spark SQL adds an OR clause to the last partition range to check for NULL values in the partition key even if the partition key column has been defined as NOT NULL, thereby decreasing the performance.
