Troubleshooting a
Synchronization
task

When you create a
synchronization
task that contains an invalid configuration, the Secure Agent displays a NULL error message. The NULL error message files are saved in a specific location.
For example,
<Secure Agent installation directory>\apps\Data_Integration_Server\<latest version of connector>\ICS\main\tomcat\log
The session log captures the log and exception details of a failed
synchronization
task. You require special permission to run the application in debug mode.
