Configure relationship behavior

Configure relationship behavior

You can select the child objects that you want to include in the data subset.
When you define a filter criteria without configuring the child records selection, the task traverses through the object in the default path where the task includes required child records with minimal graph traversal. When you configure child records selection, the task follows the order in which you select the relationships. To configure child records selection, you can click
Configure
in the
Relationship Behavior
section on the
Data Filters
page.
You can view the number of join operations that are required to compute a subset operation. View the sequence in which the task selects the records to create a data subset.
The following image shows the child records that you can select for an object:
The Configure Relationship Behavior dialog box shows the source objects, child record selection, record objects, and relationship name.
