Access privileges for MDM - Reference 360 roles

Assign

roles to users who need access privileges for
MDM - Reference 360
. Each role provides different access privileges.
The following service-specific roles define access privileges for
Reference 360
:
Reference 360
Business Analyst
Users with the
Reference 360
Business Analyst role can view and export reference data values and crosswalks. They can view all assets but cannot modify them.
Reference 360
Business Steward
Users with the
Reference 360
Business Steward role can create and manage reference data values and value mappings. Users with the
Reference 360
Business Steward role can publish their own changes to reference data values without approval. They review and approve changes to reference data values proposed by other users.
Reference 360
Primary Owner
Users with the
Reference 360
Primary Owner role can create and define reference data sets and code lists. They can also propose changes to reference data values. All proposed changes must be approved by Business Stewards.
Reference 360
Stakeholder
Users with the
Reference 360
Stakeholder role can propose changes to reference data values. All proposed changes must be approved by Business Stewards.
