Custom roles

Custom roles

A custom role is a role that you create based on the needs of your organization. For example, you might want to create a custom administrative role that can configure roles, user groups, and access control, but can't create, edit, or run data integration tasks.
To create custom roles, your organization must have the appropriate license. You can edit, rename, and delete custom roles after you create them.
You might want to edit custom roles when your organization gets a new license. Edit the roles to grant access to new asset types and features.
Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services
doesn't grant additional privileges to custom roles when your organization gets a new license.
Custom roles can't be assigned privileges to create, update, or delete roles. If you need to modify roles, log in to
Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services
as a user with the system-defined Admin role.
