Comparing Records in Lightning Experience

You must open the Fuzzy Matching page from the
Customer 360 for Salesforce
app.
  1. Click the
    App Launcher
    icon ( The image shows the App Launcher icon. 
				).
    The
    App Launcher
    page appears.
  2. Click
    MDM - Customer 360 for Salesforce
    .
    The
    MDM - Customer 360 for Salesforce
    page appears.
  3. On the navigation bar, click
    Fuzzy Matching
    .
    The
    Fuzzy Matching
    page appears.
  4. Select the object types of the records that you want to compare.
  5. If you want to use the custom matching settings, select the appropriate custom matching settings.
  6. If you want to use the default Salesforce matching algorithm instead of the custom matching settings, select
    Use Native Salesforce Matching
    .
  7. Enter the name of the records that you want to compare.
    Suggestions appear as you enter the name of the records. You can select one of the suggestions.
  8. Click
    Compare
    .
    The comparison report is displayed.
  9. To reset the values in the fields, click
    Reset
    .
