Step 1. Create an Object Class for the Custom Object
An object class indicates the object type to which a record belongs. Object classes are used in the matching settings to compare records. You can compare two records only if they are of the same object class.
Based on the Salesforce environment that you use, perform one of the following tasks:

New
.

Object Classes Edit
page appears.
In the
Object Classes Information
section, configure the following object class settings:
Name
Name of the object class.
If you want to enable batch level detection of duplicate records, you must enter
Contact
as the object class name.
Detect Duplicates from all Sources
Enables CC360 to detect duplicates during the synchronization process. Default is enabled.
Object Family
Family to which the object class belongs, such as Company.
