Customizing the Default DaaS Mapping

You can customize the DaaS mappings based on the organization's requirement. If you have state and country picklists enabled in the organization, you must customize the default DaaS mappings to update the state and country Salesforce object fields in the request and response mappings.
  1. From the
    Setup
    section of the
    CC360 Admin
    tab, click
    Run the Setup Wizard
    .
  2. In the
    Service Mapping
    section, click
    Mapping
    .
    The
    DaaS Mapping
    page appears.
  3. If you want to customize a default mapping, select the mapping in the
    Account
    ,
    Contact
    , or
    Lead
    section and edit the mapping based on your organization's requirements.
  4. If you have state and country picklists enabled in your organization, perform the following tasks:
    1. In the
      Account
      section, click
      Edit
      next to the
      Billing Address
      field group.
    2. In the
      Request Mapping
      and
      Response Mapping
      sections, change the
      Billing State/Province
      Salesforce object field to
      Billing State/Province Code
      and the
      Billing Country
      Salesforce object field to
      Billing Country Code
      .
    3. Click
      Save
      .
    4. Update the state and country Salesforce object fields to the state and country code Salesforce object fields for the following field groups:
      • Shipping Address
      • Mailing Address
      • Other Address
      • Address
