Relationships for an Organization

Relationships for an Organization

Default relationships are configured for the Organization customer type. You can add the relationships from the relationship panels of the business entity view. If you do not see the relationship type that you want to add, request the administrator to configure the relationship.
By default, the Organization customer type has the following three relationship panels configured:
  • Relationship
    . The relationships that you can add from the panel include the linkage relationships between different companies within a corporate family.
  • Contact
    . The relationship that you can add from the panel includes the relationship of a person entity to the organization, such as employee or contact.
  • Classification
    . The relationships that you can add from the panel include classification type for the organization.
