Editing a Draft Record

Editing a Draft Record

You can edit a draft record to make changes and then submit it or keep it as a draft.
  1. In the navigation bar, click
  2. Select the draft record that you want to edit.
    The record opens.
  3. Edit the data in the draft record.
  4. Perform one of the following actions:
    • To retain the record in the draft state, click
      and then click
      Save as Draft
    • To submit the record, click

      If your user role permits you to save data without a review, the application saves the record to the Hub Store as an active record. Otherwise, the application saves the record as a pending record and initiates the review process associated with your role.
