Viewing Records and Relationships in a Hierarchy

View records and relationships in a hierarchy by expanding or collapsing nodes, viewing the parent and child relationships for a record, and viewing the relationship properties.
  1. To navigate the hierarchy, click the arrow icon beside nodes to expand or collapse nodes.
    The child relationships for the selected nodes show or hide.
  2. To view the parent relationships and child relationships for a record, select a node on the canvas.
    The
    Related
    tab displays the parent relationships and child relationships for the selected record.
  3. To filter the relationships, in the relationship panel, click the
    Filter
    icon, and then add filters.
    The list of relationships in the relationship panel updates.
  4. To search for a record, in the hierarchy panel, enter a search term in the
    Search
    field, and then click
    Search
    . To clear the search term and cancel the search, click
    Cancel Search
    .
    You can only search for the first 1000 nodes in a hierarchy.
