Customer Onboarding Status

Customer Onboarding Status

Customer profiles have an onboarding status, which is set and updated as the customer progresses through registering on the Customer Portal, submitting an application, and finally being approved, declined, or sent back for additional information.
The following table describes the onboarding status values:
Onboarding Status
Description
Registered
A customer registers on the Customer Portal.
Submitted
A customer completes and submits the online customer application form.
Send Back
A manager sends back the application to the customer for additional details. A customer can update the details requested and re-submit the application for evaluation.
Approved
A manager approves the customer application.
Rejected
A manager rejects the customer application.
