You can customize the query results that appear in the
Search Results
panel to include only the fields that you want to view.
From the
Search Results
panel, click the
Settings
icon.
The
Customize Query Columns
dialog box appears.
Select the fields that you want to display in the
Search Results
panel.
Optionally, change the order in which you want the fields to appear in the search results.
Click
OK
.
The
Customize Query Columns
dialog box closes. The query results include only the fields that you selected.
To sort the search results, click a field name in the header.
The results are sorted in the ascending order, and an upward arrow appears beside the field. If you click again, the results are sorted in the descending order, and a downward arrow appears beside the field. If you click again, the results are not sorted based on the field value, and the arrow disappears.
When you customize the query results, all the preferences are automatically saved for each query. When you run a query later, the query results appear based on your preferences.
