Exporting Query Results

Exporting Query Results

To view the query results in a CSV file, export all the query results or results in the current page to a CSV file. You can also export versions of a record in the search results.
  1. Export the query results to a CSV file.
    • To export all the search results with data from all columns, click
      Actions
      Export All Search Results
      Data From All Columns
      .
    • To export all the search results with data only from visible columns, click
      Actions
      Export All Search Results
      Data From Visible Columns
      .
    • To export search results that you select with data from all columns, click
      Actions
      Export Selected Records
      Data From All Columns
      .
    • To export search results that you select with data only from visible columns, click
      Actions
      Export Selected Records
      Data From Visible Columns
  2. To export all versions of a record from the query results, select the version from the results, then click
    Open in a new window
    Export Versions
    . If the query results contain multiple versions of a record, click the latest version to export all versions.
    All versions of the record that appear in the query results are exported.
    You can only export the versions of records that appear in the query results. For example, if a record has 10 versions and the query returns three versions of the record, only the three versions that appear in the search results are exported.
