Viewing Record Versions

Viewing Record Versions

Use the
Business Entity
view to view record versions. You can view record versions based on the effective date or the effective period.
  1. From the Search Results panel of the
    Search
    page, open the record that you want to view.
    The
    Business Entity
    view appears.
  2. To view a record version, perform the following steps:
    1. In the
      View By
      list, select one of the following values:
      • Effective Date. Displays the record version based on a specific date. The record version appears based on the date that you select in the
        Effective Date
        field.
      • Effective Period. Displays the record version by the effective period that you select in the
        Effective Period
        field.
    2. Select a date for the effective date or a date range for the effective period.
  3. To view versions of a child record, expand the child record.
