Working with Draft Records Overview

Working with Draft Records Overview

If your user role has the create and edit permissions, you can create a draft of a business entity record. You can partially fill in the record, save it as a draft, edit and complete it later, and then submit it for approval. Your draft records are not visible to other users.
Use the
Drafts
page to access and open your draft records. To go to the page, click
Drafts
in the left navigation bar.

The Drafts page lists the draft records that a user created.
