Effective in version 10.0.0, an Informatica Data Director application uses the following default client pool settings:

maxClientIdleTime=15000 ms
timeBetweenIdleEviction=300000 ms
searchClientsPoolSize=50
mctClientsPoolSize=50
metadataClientsPoolSize=1

You can override the default client pool settings based on your environment and requirement. To update the default client pool settings, insert the client pool settings that you want to update into the C_REPOS_DS_PREF_DETAIL database table, and set values for them.

Previously, an Informatica Data Director application used the following default client pool settings:

maxClientIdleTime=3600000 ms
timeBetweenIdleEviction=300000 ms
searchClientsPoolSize=10
mctClientsPoolSize=10
metadataClientsPoolSize=1
