Running a Script to Fix Data Issues

To fix data issues with a fix type of
auto
, run the
readiness_start.sql
script. You have to generate a readiness report before you can run the script to fix data issues.
  1. Connect to the Operational Reference Store (ORS) schema for which you want to fix data issues.
  2. In SQL*Plus, run the
    readiness_start.sql
    script found in the following locations:
    • On Windows: <
      infamdm_install_directory
      >\server\resource\database\migration_readiness\oracle
    • On UNIX: <
      infamdm_install_directory
      >/server/resource/database/migration_readiness/oracle
  3. Select the appropriate option to fix data issues:
    1. Enter
      n
      for the first option,
      Check data and generate report (y/n)
      .
    2. Enter
      y
      for the second option,
      Fix data issues identified by data check and generate report (y/n)
      .
    3. Enter
      n
      for the third option,
      Regenerate report from previous data check (y/n)
      .
    The data issues with a fix type of
    auto
    are resolved and a post-fix Readiness report is generated.
  4. Open the post-fix Readiness report in a program that can open CSV files, such as Excel. Verify that the current count for the data issues with a fix type of
    auto
    is 0.
  5. If the current count for data issues with a fix type of
    auto
    is not 0, repeat steps 2 through 4.
