Rule 10. Add a Record Version when a Record Version is Locked

You can add a record version when an existing record version is locked by am interaction ID.
If a change based on rules 1 to 9 affects an existing cross-reference record that is locked by an interaction ID, the
MDM Hub
 restricts the change.
The following image shows that if a new cross-reference record is inserted when a cross-reference record that is locked by an interaction ID exists, no change occurs:
