Troubleshooting the Hierarchy View

The Hierarchy View does not load and an icon indicates that you need the Adobe Flash Player.: When you use
Data Director
in Google Chrome, the Hierarchy Manager in the
Hierarchy
view does not load because Flash is disabled by default.
To enable Flash, from the
Home
page in
Data Director
, click the Information icon in the address bar. In the
Flash
menu, select
Allow
. Reload the page to update your settings, and then try using the
Hierarchy
view.
If your MDM administrator created a custom view for this purpose, the name of the view might be different.
