Perform Post-Upgrade Tasks for Clean Upgrade

After a clean upgrade, if a decryption error occurs when you launch the Hub Console, you must perform some post-upgrade tasks.
Perform the following post-upgrade tasks:
  1. Encrypt passwords for schemas.
  2. Update passwords for schemas.
  3. Test and update the Operational Reference Store connections.
  4. Test and update the ActiveVOS connection.
  5. Test cleanse functions and add Process Servers.
