Opening the XREF View

Use the
XREF
 view to unmerge merged records. You can also view the source systems and pending cross-reference records.
  1. To open a record in the
    XREF
     view, open a record and click the
    XREF
     icon.
    The
    XREF
     view opens. Fields display the master data for the selected record. The source systems connected to the record appear below the fields.
