Changing the State of a Record

Click the

Set Record State

button to change the state of the selected base object or cross-reference record.

For state-enabled objects only, you can use the Data Manager or Merge Manager tools to promote PENDING records to ACTIVE state immediately, or you can mark a number of PENDING records to be promoted to ACTIVE state at a later time with the Promote batch job.
