Deploying the Process Server in IBM WebSphere

When you deploy the Process Server in the WebSphere environment, versions 10.4 HotFix 3 and 10.4 HotFix 2 of the Siperian server .jar files coexist in the deployment directory. As a result, some tasks such as file import, fail at runtime.

Workaround:

Manually uninstall the

siperian-mrm-cleanse.ear

file.

Delete the

siperian-mrm-cleanse.ear.ear

file from the following folder:

/installedApps

Run the

postinstallsetup

script.
