Technical Specialists
Technical specialists include technical consultants and architects. Technical specialists set up the hardware and software environment, install

with other applications.
Business Analysts
Business analysts include data quality analysts. The business analysts understand the business and have familiarity with the source systems that will provide data to

. They can define the requirements for rules and data flows that reflect the needs of the business.
Implementers
Implementers include project managers. Implementers design, develop, test, and deploy the

implementation. They gather requirements from other members of the implementation team to ensure that the

MDM Administrators

Data Stewards
Data stewards are responsible for data quality. Data stewards apply rules and regulations by running data quality rules on the product master data. They also manage the attributes, categories, and other details of the

Content Managers
Content managers include product managers and category managers. Content managers maintain core attributes, own the product life-cycle, and are responsible for go-to-market strategy. They maintain data on the product taxonomy and attributes, classify products against a taxonomy, and update or enhance product information.
Business Users
Business users include copy writers, buyers, merchandisers, eCommerce managers, and creative team members. Business users interact with the product master data through the
Product 360
interfaces. They might participate in a review workflow, where they approve changes and additions to the product master data. MDM administrators assign roles to the business users to control their access to product master data.
Suppliers
Suppliers can onboard themselves by using the
Product 360
Supplier Portal. They can add and update product information.
MDM Administrators
MDM administrators manage and maintain the
Product 360
implementation.
